A GlutenSafe™ trained kitchen is a must for any consumer food service operation wanting to claim Gluten Free on their menu.
Our 2 hour training is designed to help each who certifies understand issues that arise in the food service industry related to gluten contamination. From cross contamination to ingredient sourcing and recipe formulation. Our instructors are ACF Certified Culinary Educators and Gluten Intolerant Specialists. Seminars range from from Group Session of 25 people or more at your facility or operations, to individual session containing 15-20 unrelated professionals where discounts are given on a sliding scale. Online Study and Test taking will be available soon.
The teaching method of our sessions are simple, they are designed to help each professional retain information in a manner that is proven effective when they take their final exam at the end of the session. Everyone Passes!
Using principles of repetition and association, we make 2 hours fly. Don't worry our facilitators allow for a couple of breaks. Part of learning is not allowing yourself to get bored and tired. Each professional is required to renew their certification by retaking our final exam, once each year as part the renewal process.
